26 oz flour
18 oz butter
9 oz powdered sugar
2 egg yolks
Add all dry ingredients to a bowl and set aside. Melt butter in another bowl and mix in the egg and egg yolks. Combine wet and dry ingredients, knead dough until smooth. Put in fridge for a few hours or over night.
Use cookie cutters or just form dough into small flat cookies and bake until golden brown at 350 °F (usually 5-10 min).
